I know several people couldn't make it to the meeting on March 3, so here is a quick run down of what we went over.

The outreach and small group participation on the first page are pretty self-explanatory, I hope.

The packing list and dress code are compliments of YouthWorks.

I will need to get the medical form, border crossing form, and youth covenant all signed and returned as soon as reasonably possible.

This includes some info from Youthworks, as well as some specific details for the RVCC trip to Toronto.

The $50 down payment, and the signed commitment letters are due back to us by Sunday February 3, 2008.

Summer '08 - Toronto bound!

Well... You've probably heard by now that for the Summer Mission Trip 2008 the RVCC High School Youth will be traveling to Toronto Canada!

We will be going with Youthworks again this year, and we are really excited about planning for the trip and doing ministry with our neighbors in the North!

We will be going from June 15, 2008 until June 22, 2008. Details about the Toronto work site can be found here.

YOU WILL NEED A PASSPORT TO GET INTO CANADA!

The United States Passport Website can be found here, and you can actually download the form to apply for your passport from here.

We strongly recommend that you apply for your passports before February 1st!

We will be having meetings about cost, details, etc starting in early January.

We hope that you guys are excited with us!
